If you are new to training with Sophie or Lotus Nei Gong, please read this before booking.

A Nei Gong retreat focused upon working the exceptional environment we have here for practice. Working with Ping Heng Gong with trees, the ocean and land to support and deepen our practice. If time allows, we could travel to some of the sites near here where I have practiced exploring this together.

This event is not appropriate for complete beginners, you need to have the energy system active and awake.
