Understanding Dao Yin

sophie dao yin.jpg

These days will give us an opportunity to explore the theory and practice of Dao Yin.  The leading and guiding aspect of the Level one material for the school.  These practices, being more Yang in nature help the clearing from the channels pathogenic information. We will draw practices from the Dragon Dao Yin set as well as using the purging practices with trees.

Be ready to sweat a bit, laugh a lot, and clear up your energy system and channels for Springtime.
