Dragon Dao Yin and Peng Heng Gong

Taken a little while ago now:) This is a group after one weekends training practicing the first Dragon Dao Yin from the set.

The Dragon Dao Yin where developed from the Bagua Zhang internal art. They are specifically designed to purge pathogens from the spine and associated channels, improve spinal issues and health. The set practiced correctly prepare the body for deeper alchemical work and the increased amounts of Qi which will need to move through these pathways as our training progresses.  One of the foundation sets of the official Level one training  of the school for opening the body, increasing flexibility, releasing stagnation and a perfect adjunct to any practice of sitting or meditation.

Complex to learn, taking some time, fun, challenging and will make you feel vibrant as everything in the torso and spine is squeezed and stretched open, leaving you freer in body and mind. On this course we will make use of these wonderful forms as well as focusing on Ping Heng Gong, the environmental practices from Daoism. We will work with trees, water, expanse and dragon lines, to assist and harmonise our practice.

Monday 16th

  • 7–8am       Stretch & meditation

  • 10–1pm     Training and finishing up.
